The 12 week challenge starts Monday April 3rd, 2017 at our gym (325 Lake Road Bowmanville). Training sessions are 3 times per week for 60 minutes. Sessions are designed to be constantly varied and progressive so that you never get bored and you continue to see improvements each session.
Classes Run Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 6:30pm-7:30pm. And Tuesday, Thursday 6:00am. Please note morning classes are co-ed.
